What is happening?

Amazon is moving their Amazon DSP reporting data from a dedicated Amazon DSP API into the Amazon Ads API. In connection to this, the Amazon DSP API is scheduled for deprecation on June 30, 2025, and we are updating our Amazon DSP connector to account for this change.

What happens to existing data sources?

All existing data sources will switch over to use the new API on June 30, 2025. No reconnects or reconfigures are necessary.

Are there any changes to report types and available fields?

The connector will be based on the same report types, but a number of metrics have been deprecated and a few dimensions are no longer available or have different values. A summary of changes is available in the table below.

I am noticing issues after the migration, what should I do?

First, make sure that your issue is not already explained in the table below. If you're still unsure of what to do please reach out to the Funnel support team through the in-app support chat.
