Note: Adtriba Core is a legacy feature that we continue to support but no longer sell. The latest version of this feature is available as Funnel Measurement.
If you are already using Funnel Measurement, find more information here. To upgrade, contact us.
By default, Adtriba provides a range of raw data exports to clients.
See the full list of exports here.
1. On what server do you provide the exports?
Amazon Redshift
2. What if we cannot pull in data through a Redshift connection?
We also support S3 and Google Cloud.
S3: Adtriba creates an S3 bucket and provides AWS credentials that you can use to read the exported data.
GCS: You create a bucket in Google Cloud. We provide a service account email that you must authorize to write to the bucket. Adtriba needs the Storage Object Admin role (
roles/storage.objectAdmin) to place exports in the bucket.
3. In what format do you provide the data?
By default, we provide the data as tables in Redshift. We can also deliver Parquet files to an S3 bucket.
We deliver data in parquet format.
The data is partitioned by table name, report IDs, and dates.
4. Do you provide full data history every day or only daily data?
By default, we provide the full data history every day. Exports to custom destinations can use daily increments instead.
5. When can we expect the exports to be ready?
Exports are normally ready by 8:00. During summer time, they are usually ready by 9:00 because we start data processing one hour later than in winter time.
6. Why is the spend column in the performance export only partially filled?
By default, the spend column shows only Paid Search costs. If your plan includes the Funnel.io cost integration, map your costs with the spend mapper first. After mapping is applied, costs appear in your performance export.
7. What time zone do timestamps and dates use in the exports?
We convert timestamps to the time zone set in your project settings. One export can contain several time zones if you have multiple projects with different time zone settings.
8. In what currency do I see spend and revenue in the export?
As with timestamps, we convert spend and revenue to the currency set in your project settings.
9. Is the revenue net or gross?
This depends on the value you send in your conversion pixel.
10. I see duplicated conversion IDs in the tracking conversion ID export. Is this normal?
Yes. In tracking exports, we provide full transparency into your incoming data. We do not apply the project rules that we use for the performance or customer journey export, such as:
Conversion deduplication
Referral exclusion
IP address exclusion
This also affects the location shown in your export. We apply all rules for your performance and customer journey exports, but tracking exports give you an unfiltered view of the data we use to build customer journeys and attribution.
