How many touchpoints does an average customer journey have?
You cannot answer this question in the user interface today. Use the customer journey export instead. Divide the total number of touchpoints by the total number of conversions in the export. This gives you the average number of touchpoints in successful customer journeys.
How many touchpoints does an average customer journey have for product 'XYZ'?
Enrich the custom export with product details, or merge the export with your CRM data. This is not possible in the Adtriba user interface today.
How long does the average customer journey take (in days)?
You can answer this with the Adtriba custom export. Use the touchpoint timestamps and each touchpoint position.
Which customer group is particularly favorable for purchases in display, for example?
Merge the Adtriba Customer Journey Export with your CRM data.
Analyze the order IDs from customer journeys that include a display touchpoint
Filter for order IDs where a specific product was purchased
This analysis can answer the question above.
How was the performance of my campaign across all channels? Which channel generated the most revenue from my campaigns?
Filter the custom export by campaign identifier and aggregate across all channels. Campaign names must be consistent across all channels.
In how many 'successful' and 'unsuccessful' customer journeys was a campaign touchpoint included?
By default, we provide only successful customer journeys. Unsuccessful customer journeys often contain no usable data, for example when they have an unlimited number of touchpoints.
How many cross-device customer journeys do I have on average?
This report is a custom query. Adtriba Support can run it through a database query.
Which ad had particularly good performance on which device?
See the Customer Journey Export.
Which cross effects are visible between the channels? Which paid channels often work together in successful customer journeys?
Use the Customer Journey Report. It shows the paths that generated the most conversions. You can also filter paths by channel and position in the customer journey.
What is the predictive ROI or revenue of an ad compared with actual ROI or revenue?
Adtriba is working on predictive ROI and predictive CLV. We cannot yet confirm a release date because of our product roadmap.
What percentage of my sales can I influence through (digital) marketing?
Our Unified Marketing Measurement feature answers this question. It models a baseline that includes seasonal effects and shows what percentage of sales marketing can influence.
Why does a channel lose conversions compared with a rule-based (Last-Click) Model?
This can happen for several reasons. In most cases, the previous model overestimated the channel because of its position in successful customer journeys. A common example is Paid Search. Paid Search often 'loses' conversions when you compare rule-based and dynamic models because it is often at the end of a customer journey. Display is often in the middle of the journey and is undervalued in classic rule-based models.
Which channel is often at the end, beginning, or middle of a journey?
Use the Customer Journey Report to analyze the roles and positions of each channel in customer journeys.
Are view touchpoints overrated in the dynamic model, especially when unseen banners are captured in tracking?
Our model treats all view touchpoints as regular touchpoints. A different evaluation of views moves away from data-driven attribution and toward subjective evaluation. Our attribution model is developed so that touchpoints with no effect receive little or no value. Ads that are never seen also appear in many non-converting customer journeys and therefore receive little or no credit in dynamic attribution. To measure only true views (where the banner was actually seen), use a view-through provider.
