If your use case requires this data in Funnel, you can request it as a Custom Connector.
Custom Connectors and the Custom Connector Request feature are available in the following plans: Business and Enterprise. See our Pricing page for more details.
Overview
Splio provides reporting data that can be securely shared with Funnel via SFTP. Each Splio report corresponds to one Funnel data source.
You’ll create reports in Splio, request setup in Funnel, generate SFTP credentials in Funnel, and then schedule your reports in Splio to deliver to those credentials.
For detailed background, see Splio's official documentation:
Exporting Data from Marketing Automation
Step-by-Step Setup
1. Create Reports in Splio
Log in to Splio and create the reports you’d like to connect to Funnel.
Download copies of these reports and include them when submitting your setup request in Funnel.
2. Submit a Request in Funnel
In your request submission:
Attach the downloaded report copies.
Specify which reports should be connected to Funnel.
Funnel will configure one data source per report.
3. Generate SFTP Credentials in Funnel
Once the data sources have been configured, go into the details page of the respective data sources to generate your SFTP credentials.
You’ll need to collect the following details for each data source:
Host
Port
Username
Password
These credentials will be used to connect Splio with Funnel.
4. Schedule Reports in Splio
After generating your credentials, go back to Splio and schedule each report to send automatically to the Funnel SFTP endpoint using the credentials you created:
Host
Port
Username
Password
Once set up, Splio will deliver your reports to Funnel on the defined schedule, ensuring your data stays up to date.
Managing Changes or Additions
If you need to make changes to existing reports or data sources—or add new ones—submit a new request in Funnel.
Each report requires its own data source configuration, so any new or modified reports will need a separate setup.
How to Request this Custom Connector
To request Splio data, submit a Custom Connector Request (see link here for instructions) or select the Splio tile marked custom after enabling Show custom connectors. Selecting the tile automatically sends your request.
If you are interested in Splio data that hasn't been covered here, we would like to encourage you to connect with our Integration Engineering team by submitting a Custom Connector Request. They will be more than happy to explore the potential of obtaining additional data.
