You cannot connect a Company Demographic Report in Funnel even though the LinkedIn user has the ad account permissions required for the LinkedIn Ads connector.
Error message or symptoms
The Company Demographic Report connection fails or does not complete during setup.
When does this occur
You add or configure a Company Demographic Report for LinkedIn Ads in Funnel
The LinkedIn user has connector permissions but is not a Super admin on the LinkedIn organization (Page)
Root cause
Company Demographic Reports require more than ad account access. The LinkedIn user must have Super admin access to the LinkedIn organization (Page) that is associated with the ad account. Without that role, LinkedIn does not expose the access needed for demographic reporting.
Solution
Confirm the LinkedIn user used in Funnel has the permissions required for the LinkedIn connector.
In LinkedIn, confirm the user has the Super admin role on the organization (Page) tied to your ad account.
If you do not have Super admin access, ask a current Super admin for that Page to grant it to you.
After your role is updated, reconnect or retry the Company Demographic Report in Funnel.
For more detail on organization access control, see LinkedIn's organization roles help and access to your LinkedIn Page.
