Root cause
The Adobe Analytics API processes reports with more dimensions and complex segment filters more slowly. Requests with four dimensions are especially likely to take longer to complete.
Solution
Open the data source configuration in Funnel.
Remove one or more dimensions that are not required for your reporting.
If you use a filtering segment, simplify the rules or narrow the date range.
Save the configuration and wait for the next download to complete.
