Error: "API Key Unauthorized for Orders"
What you see: Connecting or reconnecting PrestaShop fails with:
API Key Unauthorized for Orders. Please check your credentials and reconnect.
Why it happens: Funnel uses your PrestaShop webservice key to read your data. PrestaShop rejected the key when Funnel asked for order data.
What to do: In your PrestaShop admin, check that:
The webservice is enabled for your shop.
The webservice key is active.
The key has permission for the Orders resource.
Then reconnect the data source.
If all of these are set and the error continues, PrestaShop is still rejecting the key. Contact PrestaShop support and tell them the request for orders is returning an unauthorized (401) error.
Keep your key safe: Never share your webservice key in plain text, including in support conversations. If the key has been exposed, create a new one in PrestaShop and reconnect with it.
