Funnel pricing has two components: your plan and your flexpoints. Your plan determines which feature is available to you and you consume flexpoints to use a feature. A flexpoint is a proprietary unit of subscription usage that quantifies the active capacity of a Funnel workspace.
Your total flexpoints usage determines your subscription bill. This usage-based model means you pay for exactly what you use. Traditional flat-fee pricing often forces you to pay for features you don't need. Flexpoints allow you to mix and match different features. If you stop using a specific feature, those flexpoints are instantly freed up to be used elsewhere. Flexpoints help you predict the pricing of your setup easily.
All Funnel plans require a minimum of 400 flexpoints, and you can add capacity in increments of 100 flexpoints as needed. While the features available are consistent across plans, the cost for every 100-flexpoint bundle varies by tier. Visit our pricing page or talk to your Funnel representative to understand the cost.
You consume flexpoints only when you use a feature in Funnel. From your profile settings on the top right, go to Flexpoints Usage under Subscription to view your real-time consumption.

What’s new?
We have updated our flexpoints model to better align with your marketing setup. Key changes include:
Charge per platform account: We now charge flexpoints per platform account. To understand what’s a platform account, see the Connector, platform account and data source help article.
Different platforms use different terms for their account structures. In Funnel, we refer to them as platform accounts. See the Reference: Platform account terminology help article to know what each platform calls its accounts.
Free data sources: Individual data sources don’t consume flexpoints now.
Google Sheets connector: We now charge 10 flexpoints per spreadsheet or workbook, while individual tabs or sheets within that workbook don’t consume flexpoints.
The following table shows how features consume flexpoints and a comparison of old and new flexpoints consumption.
Note: If you're on a legacy plan, the flexpoints usage you see in your subscription might not reflect this table.
Category | New flexpoints (FP) usage | Old flexpoints (FP) usage |
Connectors | 50 FP | 50 FP |
Custom connectors | 50 FP | 100 FP |
Platform accounts | 10 FP | 0 FP |
Data sources | 0 FP | 5 FP |
Visualization destinations | 150 FP | 150 FP |
Dashboards | 150 FP | 150 FP |
Data warehouse destinations | 300 FP | 300 FP |
Conversion uploads | 50 FP | 50 FP |
Each platform account in conversion upload | 5 FP | 0 FP |
Note: For a connector or an export, you consume flexpoints when:
At least 1 data source in your platform account is in Active, Don’t use in Funnel or Active with error state
Your export to a destination is in Active or Active with error state
Flexpoints free up when you:
Pause or delete all data sources from a platform account
Pause your export
Calculating your flexpoints usage
Use these example scenarios to estimate how many flexpoints your setup requires.
Scenario 1: Small business setup
Goal: Connect 1 Facebook Ad account and 1 Shopify store to a Looker Studio dashboard.
Connectors: Facebook Ads + Shopify (50 + 50) = 100 flexpoints
Platform accounts: 1 Ad Account + 1 Store (10 + 10) = 20 flexpoints
Destination: Looker Studio = 150 flexpoints
Total flexpoints needed: 270 flexpoints (Fits within the 400 flexpoints baseline)
Scenario 2: High-volume data reporting
Goal: Pull 15 different report types from 1 Google Ads account into BigQuery.
Connector: Google Ads = 50 flexpoints
Platform account: 1 Ad Account = 10 flexpoints
Data sources: 15 Reports = 0 flexpoints (New plan benefit)
Destination: BigQuery = 300 flexpoints
Total flexpoints needed: 360 flexpoints
Scenario 3: Exporting to Google Sheets
Goal: You want to export data from 1 Facebook Ads account and 1 Google Ads account into a Google Sheets workbook containing 5 different tabs, for example, 1 for each region.
Connectors: Facebook Ads + Google Ads (50 + 50) = 100 flexpoints
Platform accounts: 1 Facebook account + 1 Google Ads account (10 + 10) = 20 flexpoints
Destination connector: Google Sheets = 50 flexpoints
Spreadsheet: 1 workbook = 10 flexpoints
Tabs: 5 individual sheets = 0 flexpoints (New plan benefit)
Total flexpoints needed: 180 flexpoints

FAQs
If I create a data source but don't use it in a destination, does it still cost flexpoints?
Yes. Flexpoints are consumed as soon as a connector and platform account are active in Funnel, regardless of whether that data is currently being exported to a destination.
Why am I being charged for Google Sheets now?
Previously, we charged per individual tab. To simplify your setup, we moved the cost to the workbook level (10 flexpoints). This allows you to add as many tabs as you need within a single file for free, making it easier to organize complex reports.
Do I pay for platform accounts in conversion uploads?
Yes. To reflect the value of the conversion API, each platform account connected through the conversion upload costs 5 flexpoints.
How do I know if I'm on the new or old flexpoints usage model?
From 4 Feb, 2026, you’ll be on the new usage model if you change your current plan on renewal or if you’re buying a Funnel plan for the first time.
What happens if I go over my flexpoints limit?
If you exceed your flexpoints limit, you may be restricted from adding new accounts or destinations until you either free up flexpoints or upgrade your plan. You’ll see a message when you don’t have enough flexpoints to use a feature.
Are beta features free?
Features or connectors currently in beta do not consume flexpoints. They may start consuming flexpoints after they are officially released depending on the feature.
