Note: Adtriba Core is a legacy feature that we continue to support but no longer sell. The latest version of this feature is available as Funnel Measurement.
If you are already using Funnel Measurement, find more information here. To upgrade, contact us.
Marketers often find that Funnel campaigns shown in the spend mapper do not match the operational level they use for URL campaign parameters. Because Adtriba operates on URL parameters, there can be a mismatch between Funnel campaign level and Adtriba campaign level.
For example, in Funnel you run a Facebook campaign called brand with several ad sets such as new clients and returning clients.
For the URL campaign parameter, you use the ad set name.
You then see only one Funnel campaign (brand) in the spend mapper, but you need to map it to two Adtriba campaigns (new clients and returning clients). This is not possible by default.
You can split the Funnel campaign into the required ad set granularity and map the Funnel campaign plus ad set to the correct Adtriba campaigns.
Add a rule to append more granular information to Funnel campaigns in the spend mapper
Log in to your Funnel account.
Go to Data transformation > dimensions.
Select Adtriba campaign.
Select the publisher you need to edit at the campaign level.
Select Set the value of Adtriba campaign to the value of publisher campaign.
AND
create an additional rule to append the level you want to see in the spend mapper.
Example: Facebook
Append the value of adset name.
After you save the setup, the new campaigns appear in the spend mapper by the following day at the latest.
