Since 18 June 2020, our new reporting platform has been in open beta and is accessible to all clients. This platform offers new reports and features. This article focuses on the customer journey report and its functionality.
Columns and customer journeys
Each column in the report window represents one unique successful customer journey.
The KPI chart above shows the performance of each customer journey.
It shows:
Conversions: Number of conversions generated by this customer journey
Journey Length: Number of touchpoints in this customer journey
Revenue: Total revenue generated by this customer journey
UMM Attribution %: Average attribution credit weights for UMM touchpoints in this customer journey
If you have more than one type of UMM touchpoint, hover over the information icon next to UMM Attribution % to see the weightings for each type.
Touchpoints and cards
Each touchpoint appears in one card.
Each card shows information about the touchpoint and its performance in the customer journey.
The percentage on the card shows the attributed credits for this touchpoint in this journey.
The dot next to the touchpoint name shows the touchpoint position:
turquoise = Introducer
blue = Influencer
pink = Closer
General functionality
By default, the report shows 10 unique customer journeys in the reporting window.
Journeys are sorted by number of conversions, descending.
Not all 10 customer journeys are displayed at once. Use the slider or arrows on the left or right side of the report window to move through all 10 journeys.
To view the next 10 customer journeys, use the pagination in the top right corner of the report window.
Influencer touchpoints with the same name (for example, display) are aggregated and shown as one card with the count of aggregated touchpoints.
Starting from two non-similar influencer touchpoints, influencers are summarized visually. Click the plus icon to show all touchpoints.
