Filters
The customer journey report includes a range of filters so you can test hypotheses and view your data the way you want.
Any filter
The Any filter shows all journeys that include a specific channel.
EXAMPLE:
ANY = Direct
Returns all successful customer journeys that include a Direct touchpoint, whether it was an introducer, influencer, or closer.
Role filter
The Role filter filters customer journeys by criteria such as touchpoint position.
EXAMPLE:
Introducer= SEA
Returns all customer journeys where SEA was an introducer touchpoint, regardless of other touchpoints and their positions. In some journeys, SEA may also be an influencer and/or closer.
You can combine the Role and Any filters. All filter conditions use AND logic.
EXAMPLE I
ANY= Direct
Introducer= SEA
Closer= Affiliate
Returns only customer journeys where Direct was an influencer, because the introducer and closer touchpoints use different channels.
EXAMPLE II
ANY= SEA
Influencer= Direct
Closer= Affiliate
In this query, SEA can be either an introducer or an influencer. Both are possible because customer journeys can have more than one influencer, and the introducer touchpoint is not specified.
CJ length filter
The CJ Length filter specifies the length of customer journeys shown in the report window.
EXAMPLE:
Journey Length: 3-13
Returns customer journeys with at least 3 touchpoints and a maximum of 13 touchpoints.
UMM filter
The UMM filter filters customer journeys by UMM touchpoint participation.
A UMM touchpoint is either:
A Social View OR
TV-UMM (Only TV Branding)
