The connection between your Google Ads accounts and Adtriba is a crucial part of the integration. Adtriba needs this integration to:
translate Google Click IDs into clear campaign names
pull in costs from Google Ads at the campaign level
export conversion data to Google Ads
If Adtriba receives Google Click IDs that do not match any integrated Google Ads account, it assigns that traffic and the related conversions to the direct channel.
If the email account used for the connection is outdated because the user is no longer part of the company, the connection between Google Ads and Adtriba fails, along with exports to Google Ads.
In this case, remove the connection between Adtriba and the affected account completely and redo the integration.

Remove the Adtriba connection from this list. After you remove it, restart the integration process to restore the connection between your Google Ads accounts and Adtriba.
