Before you begin: Setting up SSO (or SCIM) requires configuring your organization's identity provider (e.g., Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace) and understanding concepts like SAML/OIDC, certificates, and redirect URIs. We recommend involving someone from your IT team who is familiar with your identity provider. This will help ensure a smooth setup and avoid common configuration issues.
Funnel supports System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) provisioning to manage users in your subscription and workspace. You can:
Create, update or deactivate a user
Assign subscription roles and workspace roles to a user
Assign a user to a workspace
Before you begin, ensure to have the following prerequisites:
Enable single sign-on (SSO) in Funnel.
Provisioning is supported for Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, custom SAML, and custom OIDC.
Have access and required roles and permissions.
