The OpenAI Ads connector imports daily campaign performance data, including impressions, clicks, conversions and spend, so you can report on it in Funnel.
Before you begin
You have a Funnel workspace with Admin or Editor access.
You have an active OpenAI Ads account.
You have an API key generated from the OpenAI Ads dashboard.
Connect OpenAI Ads to Funnel
In the left menu, go to Data > Connect > Data sources, and click + Connect data source.
On the Connect data source page, find OpenAI Ads and click Connect now.
You can also search ChatGPT or GPT to find the connector.
On the Authenticate step, click + Add credentials.
Enter your OpenAI Ads API key in the API Key field and continue.
On Select accounts, choose the ad account you want to import data from and click Next.
On Configure data source, choose Insights as the Report and choose an Aggregation level: Campaign, Ad Group or Ad. For the full list of available fields, see OpenAI Ads: Dimensions and metrics. Click Next.
Note: Each aggregation level creates a separate data source. To import more than one level, connect another data source for the same account and choose a different aggregation level.
On Confirm and connect, review your settings, and click Connect.
Funnel starts importing data. The first import may take up to 24 hours.
Manage your connection
Add aggregation levels: Go to Data > Connect > Data sources, click + Connect data source and connect the same account at a different aggregation level.
Reconnect: If the connection breaks (for example after you regenerate your API key), click the warning icon on the data source and enter your new API key.
Pause or delete: Go to Data > Connect > Data sources, click the three-dot menu on the source and select Pause or Delete.
