Notes on this connector

  • Summary data is dated by the day Income Access reports it for. Player registrations are dated by the registration date.

  • Ratios and averages can't be summed. This applies to Click-Through Ratio, New Account Ratio, Average Active Days, Gross / Player, Net / Player and Average Revenue. When you look at more than one day or affiliate, Funnel adds these values up, so the totals aren't meaningful. Build them as custom metrics from the underlying counts and amounts instead.

  • Account counts, such as Active Accounts and Depositing Accounts, count accounts for each day. The same account can appear on several days, so the sum over a longer period can be higher than the number of unique accounts.

  • Amounts are in the currency Income Access gives in the report.

  • Your Income Access program might need to allow Funnel's IP address before Funnel can fetch your data.
