Error: "Field selected as Funnel is not formatted as yyyy-mm-dd"
What you see: Your Claravine data source fails with this date format error, but you can't find a bad date in your dataset.
Why it happens: The error refers to the field mapped as the Funnel date (for example "Month (Funnel)"), not to fields like Start Date. That column may be hidden in your Claravine view. Every value in it must use the yyyy-mm-dd format. Funnel also reads your submission history, so an older submission with a bad value can cause the error too.
What to do:
In Claravine, clear any filters and show the column mapped as the Funnel date.
Find and fix the invalid value (for example
2026-05-o1instead of2026-05-01).Make sure the change is approved. Pending approvals aren't imported into Funnel.
Check Submissions for older submissions with bad values.
Contact Funnel support to restart the data source.
Tip: Set the column type to Date in Claravine to prevent this error.
