Error: "This profileID is not authorized to use Amazon Attribution"
What you see: Your Amazon Attribution data source shows No Access and never downloads data, even after you re-authenticate or create the data source again. Funnel may show the error "This profileID is not authorized to use Amazon Attribution".
Why it happens: Signing in works and your advertising profile is listed, but Amazon Attribution itself isn't activated for that profile. Amazon blocks the data until it is.
What to do: Activate Amazon Attribution for the advertising profile in the Amazon Ads console (for example, set up tags and products). Amazon Attribution must be activated for each advertising profile you want to connect. When it's active, the data source can start downloading. If it still shows No Access, contact Funnel support.
