All Meltwater data stops and every download fails with a server error
What you see: No new Meltwater data arrives (for example a whole month is missing), and every download fails with a server error (HTTP 500) after several minutes. The connection itself still works.
Why it happens: If Meltwater's API keeps returning an error for the posts of one campaign, the whole download fails, and data for all other campaigns stops too.
What to do:
Contact Funnel support. We can find the campaign that causes the error and exclude it, so the rest of your data refreshes again.
Ask your Meltwater representative why that campaign's data can't be fetched. Give them the campaign ID.
When Meltwater has fixed it, let Funnel support know. We'll include the campaign again and backfill its data.
