Preview dimensions and metrics (28 October)
You can now preview custom dimensions and metrics when editing or creating a new field before you save them. This includes date picker functionality and shows dependent fields automatically.

Flexpoints suggestion based on your trial (23 October)
Your Flexpoint usage at the end of your trial is now stored and used to preset the suggested Flexpoint amount in the purchase flow. This helps you choose the correct Flexpoint amount to purchase based on your actual usage during the trial.

Pinterest Ads conversion upload in Activate (13 October) (Beta)
You can now send conversion data from Funnel to Pinterest through the Activate tab. Go to Activate in the left navigation, select Pinterest Ads, and configure the upload.
Note: You can explore beta features for a limited period, at no additional cost, and share your feedback. However, the pricing may change when a feature is released for general availability.

New workspace role: Portals Editor (6 October)
You can now assign a Portals Editor role to team members who need to manage portals without requiring full workspace editing permissions. Previously, only workspace editors could manage portals since there wasn't a more limited permission available.

Creatives in dashboards for Facebook Ads (2 October) (Beta)
You can now visualize creative assets alongside performance metrics in Funnel dashboards. This feature includes two new chart types: Creatives Grid for visual-first layouts and Creatives Table for detailed performance data with image previews.

This feature connects ads with performance metrics, making it easier for you to communicate results with your clients. Refer to the How to work with creatives in dashboards (beta) help article for more information.

Historic data consistency (1 October)
You can now get consistent campaign names and other descriptive attributes across your entire data history. Funnel automatically updates historic data rows with the latest observed names, ensuring clean and up-to-date naming even for data older than 30 days.
This update applies across your Funnel workspace, most BI tools, and optionally in data warehouse exports. You no longer need to request backfills when campaign names change, and your reports will show consistent naming throughout your data history.

Third-party platform changes
Ahrefs: Deprecating current API version (1 October)
Ahrefs deprecated its current API version, API v2, on 1 October 2025 and migrated to version 3, API v3. All legacy integrations will stop working from 1 November 2025.
Note:
API key requirement: API v3 requires an API key tied to a paid Ahrefs plan. You will need to reconnect your data sources in Funnel.
Plan changes: Some data points may only be available on higher-tier Ahrefs plans. You may need to upgrade their Ahrefs subscription to keep the same level of access.
Report structure changes: Some existing reports may be removed or significantly changed. You might need to reconfigure your data sources or pause existing ones to preserve historical data before creating new sources that match the updated structure.
