Third-party platform updates

Facebook Ads

Due to Meta’s updates in Facebook Ads API, reach data older than 13 months are not available if you applied any breakdowns. However, you can still import the reach data for the last 13 months.

If you are importing long-term data, review your reach metrics and breakdowns. You may lose the reach data if you request a backfill older than 13 months.

StackAdapt

The StackAdapt connector has been upgraded to use the GraphQL API instead of the REST API. This change improves future extensibility but requires you to reconnect your data sources with GraphQL tokens.

Existing data sources will continue working until the end of 2025, but new connections require GraphQL authentication. Review the Migration FAQ article for detailed information about data changes. Create new data sources with GraphQL tokens before the REST API sunset date to ensure continued data access.
