If your use case requires this data in Funnel, you can request it as a Custom Connector.

Analytics Report Fields

Dimensions:

  • Days – The date or time period for the analytics data.

  • Entity IDs – Unique identifiers for the business locations or entities tracked.

  • Entity Types – The category of the entity (e.g., store, restaurant, office).

  • Page Site – The website associated with the entity (e.g., business site, directory listing).

  • Storepages Page Type – The specific type of page viewed within the store pages (e.g., location detail page, service page).

  • Storepages Page URL – The URL of the store page that was visited.

Metrics:

  • Storepages Clicks to Website – The number of times users clicked on a link to visit the business website from a store page.

  • Storepages Driving Directions – The number of times users requested driving directions from a store page.

  • Storepages Pageviews – The total number of views for store pages.

  • Storepages Phone Calls – The number of phone call clicks made from a store page.

  • GSC Clicks – The number of clicks from Google Search Console (GSC) data, representing traffic from search results.

  • GSC Impressions – The number of times a business listing appeared in Google Search results.

  • Answers Sessions – The number of user sessions interacting with Yext’s Answers search product.

  • New Reviews – The number of new customer reviews received for the business.

  • Average Rating – The average star rating from customer reviews.

  • Searches – The number of searches conducted within the business’s Yext-powered experiences.

  • Profile Views – The number of views on a business’s profile or listing.


Important Note:

Not all combinations of dimensions and metrics are valid. For example, 'Average Rating' cannot be used with the 'Page Site' dimension as it will result in an error. Users should refer to the Yext API documentation to ensure they are using valid combinations.
