Unlatch Sales Report Fields
The Unlatch Sales Report provides insights into property sales data, tracking purchase statuses, lot details, lead origins, and financial information.
Date Fields
Tracks the date when the purchase event was created.
Date (from purchase.created) – The date when the purchase record was created in the system.
Program Information
Identifies the real estate development program linked to the sale.
Program ID – A unique identifier for the real estate program.
Program Caption – The name or title of the real estate program.
Program Developer – The name of the developer responsible for the program.
Purchase Status Information
Tracks the current status of the purchase, along with key milestones in the sales process.
Current Status – The present state of the purchase (e.g., booked, completed, canceled).
Statuses Raw – A raw dataset showing all historical statuses of the purchase.
Status Dates for:
Draft – The date when the purchase was first recorded as a draft.
Option – The date when an option to purchase was placed.
Pre Buyer Signature – The date before the buyer signed the purchase agreement.
Pre-booked – The date when the lot was pre-reserved.
Booked – The date when the lot was officially booked.
Contract Preparation – The date when the contract preparation process began.
Deposit Received – The date when the initial deposit payment was received.
Exchanged – The date when contracts were exchanged between buyer and seller.
Completed – The date when the transaction was finalized.
Unavailable Favorite – The date when a preferred lot became unavailable.
Check Failed – The date when a required verification check failed.
Canceled – The date when the purchase was officially canceled.
Lot Information
Provides details about the specific lot/unit being purchased.
Lot ID – A unique identifier for the lot being purchased.
Lot Number – The official lot number assigned within the program.
Lot Price – The total price of the lot.
Lead Origin Information
Tracks where the lead originated to measure marketing effectiveness.
Origins Raw – The original source details of the lead, including all associated metadata.
Source Name – The general source where the lead came from (e.g., website, referral, social media).
Campaign Name – The marketing campaign responsible for generating the lead.
Medium Name – The advertising medium used (e.g., email, paid search, organic search).
Currency
Ensures that financial metrics are reported in the correct currency.
Currency – The currency used in the report, as specified in the report configuration.
