Problem summary
Your recent Google Analytics 4 (GA4) values in Funnel can be lower than expected or can change after an import completes.

Funnel and GA4 show different recent values when you compare them at different times.
When does this occur
Google has not finished processing recent events.
You compare Funnel and GA4 before both systems receive the processed data.
Your Google Analytics service level has a longer processing time.
Root cause
Google processes recent GA4 events before making the final values available through the user interface and the Analytics Data API. Processing usually takes 12 to 48 hours. Funnel cannot import the final values until Google makes them available through the API.
Solution
Wait 12 to 48 hours after the events occurred.
Compare Funnel and GA4 again after Google finishes processing the data.
Use the same date range, dimensions and metrics in both systems.
You do not need to change the Funnel data source. Funnel receives the processed values during later imports.
