Your new Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data source does not contain data from more than two years before the connection date.
Error message or symptoms
Recent and historical values are available, but the data stops approximately two years before the date when you connected the data source.
When does this occur
You recently connected a GA4 data source.
The GA4 property contains more than two years of available data.
You did not request an earlier start date through a backfill.
Root cause
Funnel downloads up to two years of historical GA4 data by default when you connect a data source. The initial import does not automatically request older available data.
Solution
Confirm that GA4 contains data for the required dates.
Request a backfill for the required date range.
After the backfill finishes, verify the earliest date in Funnel.
