Re-authenticate the Funnel connector when Google Data Studio reports an authentication error or can no longer access a Funnel workspace. This procedure replaces the saved authentication token without creating a new data source.
Before you begin
Identify each Google account that authenticates a Funnel data source in Google Data Studio.
Confirm that each account can access the Funnel workspace and the Google Data Studio data source.
Re-authenticate the connector
In Google Data Studio, open the Data sources tab.
Select Create > Data source.
Search for Funnel, then open the connector's options menu.
Select Revoke access.
Select Remove.
Select Remove anyway.
Select the Funnel connector.
Follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate your Funnel user.
When the
Success! You can close this tabmessage appears, close the window.
Repeat these steps for each Google account that authenticates a Funnel data source.
What to expect
Google Data Studio replaces the old authentication token. You do not need to create a new data source. Your existing reports, data sources and custom fields remain unchanged.
