When does this occur

  • You create or open a Google Data Studio data source that uses the Funnel connector.

  • Google Data Studio sends a saved connector authentication token that Funnel no longer accepts.

Root cause

Google Data Studio has saved an authentication token for the Funnel connector that Funnel no longer accepts. The connector needs a new authentication token.

Solution

Follow Re-authenticate the Funnel connector in Google Data Studio to revoke the saved access and create a new authentication token.
